Longcheng’s technical team now has 173 people, including 20+ people having middle and high-ranking professional title, 1 Japanese expert, 2 professional doctors. More than 90% of them have bachelor degree, the average age is 35, the average working age is 6 years, and they are involved in mechanical design and manufacturing, material forming, electrical engineering, automation control, and other technical areas. Since its establishment, the team has successfully developed more than 500 projects of various precision forging products, undertaken more than 10 provincial and municipal scientific and technological projects, and accumulated rich experience in technical research and product development.
