Cooperation and exchange
As one of the world's largest manufacturers of precision forged claw poles for automobile alternator, Longcheng has established long-term cooperative partnership with top 500 multinational and foreign automobile alternator manufacturers. The center has established industry-university-research cooperative relations with many domestic universities. The continuous absorption of foreign advanced technology and the increasing strength of domestic technology lay a solid foundation for the company to maintain its leading position in the industry.
Since 2006, Longcheng has cooperated with SJTU, Jiangsu University, Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical technology, Changzhou Advanced Manufacturing Technology Institute, Changzhou Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology and other institutions of higher learning.
In 2009, Jiangsu Provincial Precision Forging Engineering Technology Research Center for Auto Parts was established with Jiangsu University. This center breaks the bottleneck and studies higher-end forging technology.
Since 2010, Longcheng has cooperated with German EMAG to conquer the CNC cutting technology and fully operate automatic equipment.
In 2012, in cooperation with Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and China Forging Press Association, the industry standard was formulated, and the standard of precision forging claw pole officially entered a new milestone.
In 2013, Longcheng cooperated with Changzhou Advanced Manufacturing Technology Research Institute to develop and demonstrate robots.
In 2014, Longcheng cooperated with Beijing Electromechanical Research Institute to carry out the high voltage common rail system project.
In 2006, Longcheng signed a VIP (best partner) agreement with France Valeo Group, and became the only VIP supplier of Valeo in the global precision forging industry.
In 2010, Longcheng and Japan Sawafuji reached cooperation agreement for the first time. After many times of examinations and evaluations, Longcheng precision forging entered Japanese market.
From 2010 to 2014, Longcheng won the excellent supplier of APAC from Bosch for two consecutive times.
